Are you stressed? Or an alternative way to relax and cope with anxiety.

Morden society put a lot of pressure on us. New technologies made our life keep moving faster and if you are not quick enough you may miss out on many opportunities. Our brain has used to think constantly figuring out the best solutions and best ways out. And we as a society have definitely become smarter and more efficient but the downside of this is that it has become more difficult to relax. Ever when many of us come from work our brains would still be in the office trying to solve work-related isues. And there are many ways to calm down our minds and relax. One of my absolute favourites is ASMR or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Respons - a pleasant sensation in your body (tingles) that appears in response to some external stimuli.




This phenomenon is not fully understood by science yet, but it helps you to relax, fall asleep and generally feel good. The bad news is that not everyone can experience ASMR, the good news is many of us can and more and more people are discovering the ASMR world.

If you haven’t discovered this about yourself yet try to remember your childhood. Was there a time when you were hypnotised by you grandmother drawing a picture with a pencil, or maybe by your mom sweeping a floor in your house, or may be there was a teacher in your school whose nice voice and hand gestures gave you these pleasant tingles, and you just loved her classes even though you weren’t good at the subject. If you can remember something like this, congratulations! You are one of us a lucky ASMR community. Now everyone can experience this sensation from our childhood every day, before we fall asleep with ASMR videos and audios that full of ASMR triggers of all taste.
